Carrots and Parsnips

Carrots and Parsnips are a versatile vegetables. Both are root vegetables and have a sweet taste, but parsnips also have a distinct flavor with spicy undertones. The carrot is usually orange in color, though purple, black, red, white, and yellow cultivars exist. The parsnip has cream-colored skin and flesh.
