Parsley Champion Moss Curled Seeds. Parsley ‘Champion Moss Curled’ (Pteroselium Crispum) is a selected strain with fine, tightly curled, very dark green leaves. Growing to around 30cm tall, this versatile herb is an ideal variety for containers, it even likes living on the kitchen windowsill, as long as it is watered, fed and cut.

Indoor Sowing: Not Recommended.
Direct Sowing: Spring.
- Direct sow Parsley Seeds in Spring in an area of your garden which receives full sun and where the soil drains well.
- The parsley plant is a member of the carrot family, which means it develops a long tap root and does not like to be transplanted.
- Soak parsley seeds in lukewarm water for 24 hours prior to sowing.
- Sow the seeds 0.5cm deep, making sure they are totally covered by soil (they require darkness to germinate).
- Germination is slow, taking four to six weeks.
- Thin out the seedlings to a distance of 15-30cm apart when they reach a height of 5cm.
- Keep the soil moist and feed fortnightly.
- Grows best in moist, well-drained soil, with full sun.
- Can be grown in containers and pots, also very ornamental in gardens.
- Give some shade in summer if temperature gets too hot.
