Eureka Lemon Tree (Citrus limon ‘Eureka’) produces large oval-shaped fruit with a thin skin. The lemons typically take 6 to 9 months to ripen and turn yellow after the flowers bloom. While the fruit can be harvested at various stages of green, the fully yellow, ripe stage is the point of maximum juiciness and high acidity.
