Flamingo Pink Swiss Chard grows stalks that are a beautiful, bright pink. You can enjoy this Swiss Chard as baby greens (after 30 days) or full-grown (after 60 days). Swiss Chard is a nutritious, green, leafy vegetable that can be easily added to all kinds of recipes. While the chard leaves are green, the stems of the plant can be different colors (such as red, pink, or yellow).
Growing Flamingo Pink Swiss Chard
Indoor Sowing: Late Winter and Late Summer.
Direct Sowing: Early Spring, Early Autumn and Mid Autumn.
- Direct sow seeds in average soil in full sun or partial shade or start the seeds indoors and transplant later.
- Sow the seeds individually about 15cm apart and cover with a layer of fine soil.
- Firm lightly and keep evenly moist.
- Germination in about 7-14 days.
