Bhringaraj Medicinal Uses in Ayurveda medicine is well known and it is considered to be a rasayana, which means a herb that is used to rejuvenate and promote longevity. The herb mostly grows in the moist regions of India, China, Nepal, Thailand, and Brazil. Sanskrit Name: Bhringraj / Keshraj. In India, it is known as bhangra or bhringaraj. It is a creeping medicinal herb that has a long stalk and white colored flowers.

Bhringaraj Herbal Recipes

  • Add 1 tablespoon of dried bhringraj to 1 cup of boiling water, and steep for 10 minutes.
  • Once cool, strain away the herbs, and pour the tea over the hair and scalp.
  • Rinse immediately.
