Seed Packaging

  1. Seeds are placed inside either 40mm x 40mm or 40mm x 60mm Ziplock bags. Big seeds are placed inside bigger sized Ziplock bags. Inside the Ziplock bags there is a loose paper label. Printed on this paper label you will see the name of the particular seed and the seed count.
  2. The Ziplock bags are then wrapped up inside a thick layer of bubble-wrap to protect the seeds.
  3. The packing slip is then placed around the bubble-wrapped seeds. The packing slip contains the following: Order Number, Shipping Method, Payment Method, an Itemized list of the items that you have ordered, your name, your email address, your cellphone number and your shipping address. The packing slip also contains our contact details.
  4. The bubble-wrapped seeds which is now wrapped with the packing slip, is then placed inside a plastic packet and sealed with tape.
  5. The plastic packet containing the bubble-wrapped and packing slip wrapped seed packets, is then placed inside a brown paper bag. The brown paper bag is then stapled closed.
  6. The brown paper bag containing the well wrapped up seeds, is then placed inside the courier flyer bag, ready to be shipped out to you.
